All content, design, and functionality of the Service are owned by BracketDraw.

You retain ownership of the content you create (e.g., tournaments).

• accuracy

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

BracketDraw shall not be liable for:

• service interruptions
• loss of profits or revenue

We may introduce paid features in the future.

If that happens:

• pricing and billing terms will be provided separately

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union.
